Our Network
It seems that every day there's another story in the news about major carriers suffering widespread outages. When the big carriers can't get it right, this trickles down to the hapless resellers that are stuck with a single upstream provider.
Telephonic is not a reseller — we manage all of our critical network infrastructure which allows us to connect directly into multiple Tier-1 carriers. This gives us the advantage of being able to re-route calls and keep your business running during outages.
We are not a VoIP reseller. Our connections to the national network are in Australian, tier 1 carrier data centres – your communications data and information doesn't get sent offshore. Our services are not in the 'cloud' and we don’t use cloud hosts such as AWS or others for critical infrastructure.
